Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- •All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- •You'll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard Shipping
5–10 business days.
Express Shipping
3–5 business days for metro areas.
Eco-friendly shipping: All orders are shipped using our eco-partner carriers and carbon-neutral logistics networks where available.
International Orders
- •Currently, we ship to select international regions via our fulfilment partners.
- •Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
- •Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.
Shipping Delays
Delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, supply chain constraints, or carrier network issues. We'll always notify you promptly if your order is affected.
2. Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase — but we also aim to minimise waste. Please read the below carefully before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:
- •The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- •The issue is reported to support@earthytabs.com with photos and proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- •Returns or refunds are not available for change of mind purchases.
- •Because we're a sustainability-first company, unnecessary returns increase our carbon footprint — so we offer store credit instead for change-of-mind cases.
Return Process
- 1Email support@earthytabs.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- 2Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
- 3Our team will assess your request within 2–3 business days.
- 4If approved, we'll issue a return label and instructions on how to send your package back.
Important: Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
3. Refunds & Credits
Refunds (for Damaged or Incorrect Items)
- •Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- •Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- •You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
Store Credit (for Change of Mind)
- •If your return qualifies for store credit, you'll receive an email with a discount code or credit voucher equal to the product value (excluding shipping fees).
- •Store credits can be used on any future Earthy Tabs purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact accounts@earthytabs.com with your order details.
4. Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges due to sustainability considerations. If you'd like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order after your refund or store credit is processed.
5. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@earthytabs.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Report immediately: The sooner you report issues, the faster we can resolve them.
6. Shipping Returns
- •When your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
- •Returns without a provided label or authorisation will not be accepted.
- •If you are returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
7. Sustainability Note
Every return has a carbon footprint. That's why we:
- •Prioritise inspection and verification through photos before approving physical returns.
- •Donate or recycle defective products where possible.
- •Use recyclable packaging materials for all outgoing and return shipments.
